Moving from Vagaro to Belcome

Vagaro lets the account owner export the client list as an Excel file from the web. Services come out one provider at a time. Future appointments do not export, so plan a short overlap.

Export from Vagaro

  1. Sign in to Vagaro on a computer as the business owner. Exports are not available in the mobile app or to staff.
  2. Clients: open Reports, then Customers, run the Customer List report and choose Export, Excel.
  3. Services: export the service list for each provider. Vagaro creates one file per provider, so repeat it for everyone on the team.
  4. Upcoming appointments: Vagaro does not export them. Keep Vagaro open until those visits pass, or rebook them in Belcome.

Steps checked on October 1, 2026. Menus change; if a button moved, the same export usually sits nearby.

Bring it into Belcome

  1. Create your Belcome account and choose Import when it asks how you want to start.
  2. Upload the file, pick clients or services, and check the preview: new, updated and skipped rows, with the reason for each skip.
  3. Confirm. Nothing is saved before you do, and importing the same file twice does not create duplicates.

Questions about leaving Vagaro

Can a manager export the client list?

No. Vagaro allows the client export only to the owner, and only on the web.

Why do I get several service files?

Vagaro exports services per provider. Upload them one after another; services with the same name are matched instead of duplicated.

What about my upcoming bookings?

Vagaro does not export them. Most owners keep Vagaro running for the weeks already booked and send new clients to the Belcome page.

Do saved cards come along?

No. Card details never leave Vagaro. Clients add a card again when a booking asks for one.
