A barbershop book that keeps up with the chair.

Thirty-minute cuts, regulars who want the same barber every two weeks, and a phone that rings mid-fade. Belcome takes the bookings so the clippers don't stop.

How Belcome fits

  • Every barber has a column

The day view shows one column per barber. Each barber can see their own day on their phone, and the owner sees the whole shop.

  • Regulars booked weeks ahead

Repeat a client's visit every two or three weeks in one step. Belcome checks each date and lists any that clash so you fix them once.

  • Fewer empty chairs

Reminders go out by text the day before. At launch you can ask for a deposit or set a no-show fee, so a missed cut is not a lost hour.

  • Book now from Instagram

Share your booking page in your bio, or put a Book now button on your website. Clients pick the barber, the cut and the time themselves.

Questions from barbershops

Can each barber keep their own hours?

Yes. Each person has their own working hours, days off and time off, and only their open times show up on the booking page.

Do you take walk-ins?

Walk-ins are added at the desk in a couple of taps. Online, clients book the open times you choose to offer.

Can I charge for no-shows?

Yes, at launch. You set the policy, and Belcome can hold a card or take a deposit when the client books.
