When can I start using Belcome?
We are building it now and opening to businesses in small groups. Join early access and we will write to you when your spot opens, with the date and the price.
I'm on Vagaro, Square or Fresha. Can I move?
Yes. At launch you can bring your clients and your services over from Vagaro, Square and Fresha, so you don't start from an empty book.
Do my clients need to download an app?
No. They book on your page from any phone or computer and get a link by text and email to reschedule or cancel. You and your team use the Belcome Pro app on iPhone, iPad, Android or the web.
Does it work in Spanish and Portuguese?
Yes, fully. Each client picks a language on your booking page, and each person on your team picks theirs in the app. Messages are written in each language.
Can I add booking to my own website?
Yes. Paste one line of code and a Book now button opens your booking page on top of your site. You can also share your page link on Instagram or Google.
Is Belcome HIPAA compliant?
Belcome is built to support HIPAA: client data stays on Amazon Web Services under a Business Associate Agreement, encrypted, with an audit log that can only be added to, and texts never name the service. Med spas get a signed BAA with us. Intake forms and charting come in a later release.
What will it cost?
A monthly price per location plus an add-on per team member, and a published rate on card payments. We will publish the numbers before launch. Early access members see them first.
