Is Belcome HIPAA compliant?
Belcome is built to support HIPAA: client data stays on HIPAA-eligible AWS services under a Business Associate Agreement, encrypted, with an append-only audit log, and we sign a BAA with you. Your own practices matter too, and we will share a short checklist at onboarding.
Can I keep intake forms and consents in Belcome?
Not at launch. Intake forms, consents with signature, treatment notes and before-and-after photos are planned for a later release.
Can clients book a consultation online?
Yes. Offer it as a service with approve-first on, and you decide who gets booked.
