When can I start using Belcome?

Today. Create your account, answer a few questions about your business, and your booking page is ready to share. The first 14 days are free.

I'm on Vagaro, Square or Fresha. Can I move?

Yes. You can bring your clients and your services over from Vagaro, Square and Fresha, so you don't start from an empty book.

Do my clients need to download an app?

No. They book on your page from any phone or computer and get a link by email to reschedule or cancel. You and your team use Belcome Pro on Android from Google Play, or in the browser on iPhone, iPad or a computer; the App Store app is on the way.

Does it work in Spanish, Portuguese, French, German and Italian?

Yes, fully. Each client picks a language on your booking page, and each person on your team picks theirs in the app. Messages are written in each language.

Can I add booking to my own website?

Yes. Paste one line of code and a Book now button opens your booking page on top of your site. You can also share your page link on Instagram or Google.

Is Belcome HIPAA compliant?

Belcome is built to support HIPAA: client data stays on Amazon Web Services under a Business Associate Agreement, encrypted, with an audit log that can only be added to, and texts never name the service. Med spas get a signed BAA with us. Intake forms and consents with signature, signed SOAP notes and an injectable face chart are available.

What will it cost?

$25 a month per location with one team member, plus $9 for each extra, never over $79. Pay yearly and you get 12 months for the price of 10. Card payments carry a small published rate on top of the card processor's fee.
