Questions about Belcome and Vagaro

Can I bring my Vagaro clients to Belcome?

Yes. Export the customer list from Vagaro on the web as the owner, then import it in Belcome. Services come out one file per provider. Upcoming appointments do not export, so most owners keep Vagaro for the weeks already booked.

Does Belcome charge for forms like Vagaro does?

No. Intake forms and consents with signature are part of the Belcome plan. Vagaro lists Forms as a $10 a month add-on on its pricing table.

Is Belcome cheaper than Vagaro?

For one person, Belcome is $25 a month and Vagaro is $30 (or $23.99 for the first 6 months). For bigger teams it depends on the add-ons you use, so compare with your own list: Vagaro's prices are on its support article linked below.

Does Belcome have a marketplace like Vagaro?

No. Belcome sends clients to your own booking page, your Book now button and AI assistants, and takes no commission on any of them.
