Card payments
Clients pay by card through Stripe and the money goes to your bank account. Each payment carries Stripe's standard rate (2.9% + 30¢ online, 2.7% + 5¢ in person) plus Belcome's 0.5% online and 0.3% in person. Tips carry no Belcome fee.
Stripe's standard US rate as published on stripe.com/pricing on October 1, 2026.
No fee on new clients
Belcome takes nothing from the clients you win, including the ones who find you through your Belcome page.
How the software price compares
Each row comes from that company's own pricing page, on the date in the source column. Belcome's rows are the prices on this page, in US dollars and, in Brazil, in reais. Amounts in reais are what that company published for Brazil. They are not a conversion of the dollar price.

Pricing questions
Is there a contract?
No. You pay month to month or yearly, and you can cancel any time in the app.
What happens after the 14 free days?
You choose monthly or yearly in the app. If you don't, you have 7 more days; after that online booking pauses and the app is read only until you pick a plan. Nothing is deleted.
Are text reminders included?
Once SMS is active, each eligible location gets 500 SMS a month for confirmations and reminders. Past that, it is $1.50 for each 100 more. Country coverage and provider approval apply; while SMS is unavailable, clients receive email.
Who counts as a team member?
Each person who takes bookings at a location. Front desk and managers who don't take appointments are free.
I have more than one location.
Each location has its own price, with one team member who takes bookings included.
Is there a fee on tips?
No. Belcome's fee never applies to tips.
Do I need Stripe to use Belcome?
No. Booking, the calendar and email reminders work without Stripe. New card payment connections are currently available to businesses in the United States. Existing connections continue under their provider terms.
