Is Belcome HIPAA compliant?

Belcome is built to support HIPAA: client data stays on HIPAA-eligible AWS services under a Business Associate Agreement, encrypted, with an append-only audit log, and we sign a BAA with you. Your own practices matter too, and we will share a short checklist at onboarding.

Can I keep intake forms and consents in Belcome?

Yes. Intake forms and consents with signature are available today. Signed SOAP treatment notes with the product lot used, and before-and-after photos with a consent per photo, are available too.

Can clients book a consultation online?

Yes. Offer it as a service with approve-first on, and you decide who gets booked.
