Belcome Sub-processors
Version 2026-10-12
These are the companies Design Master Solutions, LLC ("Belcome") uses to process the information that salons, spas, studios and their clients put into Belcome ("Client Data"), as listed in Annex III of the Belcome Data Processing Agreement. Each one is bound by data protection terms no less protective than that agreement. All of them process Client Data in the United States.

Not on this list
- Integrations a business chooses to connect (for example accounting, marketing, calendar or analytics tools, and analytics tags it places on its booking page) receive data on that business's instruction and under its own contract with the provider. For med spas and other health businesses, integrations that would receive client details stay off.
- Providers that handle only Belcome's own business account data, such as sign-in with Google or Apple, are described in the Belcome Privacy Policy.
Changes
We give at least 30 days' notice before adding or replacing a sub-processor: an email to each business account owner and an update of this page, with a new date. A business may object on reasonable data protection grounds within that period, as the Data Processing Agreement explains.
